The terms “we”, “us” and companies refer to Munich Walk Tours GBR Munich, Germany and its subsidiaries. The term “you” refers to the customers visiting this website and/or booking a reservation through us directly, or indirectly through any of our affiliates through whom we provide services. The website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of terms, conditions, and notices.

Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

This website is for your personal and non-commercial use. You agree that the travel services available on this website shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorised to act.

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this website (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you). You agree to supervise all usage of this website by minors under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this website is true and accurate. As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this agreement.

Activities require prepayment. You will be charged in full for all selected activities at the time of your booking. Activities are not refundable and cannot be transferred to other people. Activities and pricing are subject to change until full payment is received. You must print your voucher and bring it with you to your destination.

For tours and activities with an overnight stay and or bus transfer, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:

From the time we receive written notice that you want to cancel your tour or activity, the following fees will apply:

* 30 days prior to departure: 50% of total payment will be refunded

* 29 days or less to departure: no payment will be refunded

• All other tours and activities can be cancelled 24 h. before tour start without any costs

Munich Walk Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to an inadequate number of sign-ups or other causes that preclude operation. In such case, a full refund will be given. However, Munich Walk Tours will not be liable for indirect costs incurred, like air fares, meals, rented equipment, etc.
